These Terms of Service apply when you visit HexCheats, create an order, or use a product supplied through the store. In these terms, “HexCheats,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of hcheats.com. You can contact us at support@hcheats.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be excluded.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You must provide an email address you control and accurate information needed to process and deliver the order.
HexCheats sells digital products such as licence keys, access credentials, subscriptions, accounts, downloads, and setup instructions. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, a purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the delivered product for the stated duration.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. The final amount, including any applicable charges, is displayed before payment. We may correct a clear pricing or catalogue error before delivery. If payment has already been taken, you may accept the corrected order or receive a refund.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed by our payment system. We may refuse or cancel orders connected to suspected fraud, abuse, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, sanctions, or legal restrictions. If a paid order is cancelled before delivery, the payment will be returned.
Delivery is normally made to the email supplied at checkout or through the customer dashboard. Some products may instead be made available through instructions or another method shown on the listing. You are responsible for checking your email address, spam folder, and customer account.
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Contact support with the order reference if delivery has not arrived. Your legal rights for delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Games, operating systems, anti-cheat systems, and third-party services change without notice. Product status, compatibility, features, and availability can therefore change after purchase. Read the current listing and status information before ordering and before each use.
Third-party game software may breach a game or platform’s rules and may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent account loss. No product is represented as permanently undetected, uninterrupted, risk-free, or suitable for every device.
HexCheats is not affiliated with Roblox, Valve, Marvel, Netflix, or other third-party platforms referenced in product listings unless expressly stated.
We aim to keep listings accurate and delivery systems available, but maintenance, supplier changes, platform updates, and events outside our control may interrupt service. Any product-specific warranty is limited to what is expressly written on its listing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are otherwise provided without implied guarantees of uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility, or a particular result. This does not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HexCheats is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, platform enforcement, account restrictions, or losses caused by misuse, unsupported systems, or a third-party platform change.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, products, or law. The version displayed when you order applies to that purchase unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without taking away mandatory protections available to a consumer under another applicable law.
